WHAT LIES BENEATH THE SKIN
a deep dive into the Myofascia
a FascialBody Training Block Course
Time: 7/14.3. and 4.4. 2025, 6-8 pm
Location: Studio Créarte, Bern
Price: CHF 75 per session CHF 195 for all
How do we use our muscles? And what changes when we connect more consciously with our fascia?
How do we move through life with our myofascia?
We start with the skin and dive in...
Re- LEASE - we perceive what emerges beneath the surface
Re- STORE - refueling, preparing, opening
Re- FINE - we sensitize our connection to movement so that fine motor skills also take hold and we deal organically with our system.
Re- LOAD - we charge the body with elastic tension through the fascia
Re- BOUND - we release this energy and land on a new plateau
A mixture of moving anatomy, basic exercises and then lots of movement, application and integration helps us to get to know our myofascia.
Smooth and composed
A fascial body laboratory
Suppleness - happiness resides in it, even beyond midlife
Location: Room for Movement, Bahnhofstr. 16, BURGDORF
Dates: May 9/ May 16/ May 23
Time: 6 - 8 p.m.
Price: CHF 75 per evening, CHF 195 for all three
We immerse ourselves in the structures of our body through research. Our attention is focused on the fasciae.
They surround the muscle tissue. They envelop it, they hold and embrace the muscles. They are the watchful skin between the muscles. Our movement comes alive and takes shape in their flowing and gliding.
The three evenings in our body lab are exploratory journeys with a clear, alert focus on the fascia tissue and the movement spaces it opens up for us. We follow the form and surrender to the sensation. How do we find ways to continue to be in the bliss of movement with our changing physical possibilities?
The body lab is open to people with different movement biographies. Anyone who is curious about movement, exploring and listening to the world of fascia is welcome.
The three evenings can be attended individually or as a series. A continuation at regular intervals is planned.

This workshop explores healthy approaches to dance and life that participants can integrate into their own practice.
We will explore how embodied intelligence and imagination provide an innovative framework in which we can listen to the body's innate abilities to access wholeness, balance, creativity and healing.
This three-day workshop offers the opportunity to combine movement and discussion with creative and therapeutic explorations, improvisational scores, experiential journeys and concepts from philosophy and how these can be woven into an embodied learning process.
The sessions will provide valuable information for "Every-Body", but especially for movement and health practitioners of all experience levels and abilities.

Fascial Body Training
How do we use our muscles? And what changes when we connect more consciously with our fascia?
How do we move through life with our myofascia?
Fascia is the most sensitive organ in our body, not a lifeless system of tension and pressure!
More than 250 million nerve endings communicate every tiny change not only to the brain, but because fascia is a continuous, uninterrupted continuum, to every other part of the body.
Why don't we hear about it?
This is mainly due to the fact that these stimuli communicate with our autonomic nervous system. That which controls our heartbeat, breathing, digestion, etc., without us being aware of it.
So what do we gain when we consciously perceive the fasciae?
Similar to when our breathing gets out of balance and we center ourselves with a few conscious, calm breaths, we can fundamentally change the way we use our muscles when we immerse ourselves in our movements through the filter of fascia.
We bring more balance, better function and more efficiency to our bodies, but also a huge "more" quality of life!
We feel younger, stronger and more relaxed with supple muscles that don't ache.
Movement Research.
Tuesday Class
This class brings together several strands of inquiry. How I train my body. How we generate movement material that has identity and performance potential. How we explore principles of this movement material.
The signature of this class is GravityMotion, which I have developed over the last 1 5 years, and also offer as yoga inspired work.
This class is for participants of all ages - professional or not - anyone who loves movement. The level is not necessarily suitable for beginners, but is accessible to all those who are already moving with their bodies.
